What is the difference between Yukon and Klondike solitaire?
Yukon deals the whole deck across seven columns with no stock, and lets you move ANY face-up card along with every card piled on top of it — even when that group isn’t in sequence. Klondike moves only ordered runs and draws from a stock.
How do you move cards in Yukon?
Grab any face-up card and everything stacked above it, then drop the whole group onto a tableau card one rank higher of the opposite colour. The pile you carry doesn’t have to be in order.
What goes on an empty column in Yukon?
Only a King, or a King-led group. Because there’s no stock to fall back on, opening a column for a stranded King is one of the most important moves in the game.
